From the "Growing Beyond Boundaries & Limitations" Collection

These 9 small floral paintings were created while I was pregnant and postpartum with my baby boy, Bodhi Rivers. Over the past year, I was told that I wouldn't be able to juggle it all - being a new mom, an artist, creative entrepreneur, wife, etc. This collection is a reflection of my ability to grow past boundaries and limitations that are set by others, as well as myself. Each painting title reflects a different mantra I would tell myself when I started to give in to the negative noise before, during and after pregnancy. These 9 paintings are little reminders that I am strong, capable and deserving of letting ALL of who I am shine bright and grow beyond what lies ahead. I am not defined by those who choose to live their life in a small, 6 x 6 inch box.

For those who have been told that they don't have what it takes, I hope this collection gives you the strength to believe in yourself and pursue whatever it is that lights you up inside.
